If your hair is very damaged or if your scalp is particularly irritated or abraded by continuous treatments, we recommend performing the complete ritual for three consecutive washes and then proceeding with alternating washes.

If your hair is not very damaged and your scalp does not have any particular problems, we recommend performing the complete ritual (MIDORI+AMI+YUMI) with alternating washes done only with MIDORI.
Or you can repeat the complete ritual every two washes done only with MIDORI and AMI.

Use only 2 walnuts of MIDORI and one of AMI for each wash, and perform the complete ritual twice a month. If your hair is very damaged or bleached, perform the complete ritual more frequently.
You can use the YUMI elixir before each styling, spraying it only on the ends while they are still damp.

If your hair is thick or coarse...

Use 4 or more walnut-sized amounts of MIDORI depending on your hair length, and 3 or more walnut-sized amounts of AMI per wash.
Apply the complete ritual in alternating washes, especially if your hair is bleached or has undergone chemical treatments.
You can use the YUMI elixir before each styling, spraying it only on the ends while they are still damp.

If your scalp is irritated...

Perform the complete ritual in alternating washes and, initially, for three consecutive washes.
When you complete the ritual, spray YUMI generously by applying it close to the skin, then massage gently with your fingertips to help the product absorb.
